This beautiful property was designed from start to finish by the owner's to create the perfect home for their family. Meticulousley built with extreme attention to detail made it a perfect project for us to be involved with.

Centralised lighting - With over 120 circuits all able to be controlled individually or by one button

Window treatment - Four curtains and sixteen blinds make up the perfect solution to provide privacy, ambiance and wow factor to each room

Network - a mixture of WiFi and hardwired network points hidden behind fixed appliances such as TV's give super fast speeds and flawless reliability

Audio - Life is better with music. This property is filled with speakers meaning whichever room you are in you can continue listening.

Video - Eight televisions in this property utilise the infrastructure we implemented to provide entertainment throughout. We utilised a video matrix to send Sky and CCTV to multiple screens
The Ultimate Home Security System
After a brilliant recommendation from an existing client, Ultrus were invited to discuss a security design for this prestige residence. After facing some recent break-in attempts and an actual burglary, they reached out to Ultrus for help in designing and installing a security system that would keep their home safe 24/7, without being too intrusive. So we implemented our 5 Layer Design. This gives layers of protection as well as sleek design as all products and poles are colour matched to fit in with the aesthetics of the property.
Layer 1 involves a movable PTZ Camera installed at the top of a pole. This camera is cleverly linked to AI Alerts across its group. Whenever any motion is detected, the PTZ swiftly rotates and zooms in, giving us a clear view in no time.
Layer 2 includes thermal cameras strategically placed around the property perimeter. They create a solid virtual boundary with highly accurate motion detection.
Layer 3 features 4K, 24/7 Colour Turret cameras, ensuring that all blind spots are covered and the entire property is secure.
Layer 4 introduces a Tannoy system for verbal warnings to intruders. We've found this to be highly effective in deterring them. The verbal warning kicks in as soon as an intruder is detected, disrupting their plans instantly. We've also connected this system to local response teams and the police for added security.
Layer 5 brings in a sophisticated intruder alarm system that's seamlessly integrated with the cameras. This ensures that even the most determined intruders face significant resistance when trying to breach the premises.
